About our Service

Our Service uses "Cookies" to distinguish you from other users of our Service and to anonymously track visiting and browsing patterns. A Cookie is a small text file implanted by us and most other website operators (or an advertiser on this site) on the hard disk of your computer when you visit the site. Cookies can collect information about users of our Service like you, such as your names, address, e-mail details, passwords and your user preferences. While cookies and the information they obtain may not identify a living individual on their own, they may be able to do so in combination with other information held by us or a third party. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our Service and also allows us to improve our site. The website uses session cookies for site navigation purposes. These cookies expire and are deleted at the end of a browsing session. We also use Google Analytics for tracking and data capture purposes. Data collected through cookies is always anonymous and aggregated.

Some information we may collect from you

We may collect and process the following data about you:
Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Service. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our Service, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by Examtime Limited, and when you report a problem with our Service.
If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
Details of transactions (that is, if you or with the consent of your parent or guardian decide to subscribe for any service or buy any product or service from us) you carry out through our site and of the fulfillment of any orders.
Details of your visits to our Service including, but not limited to, age, gender traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access. This information may be collected through Google Analytics Advertising Features (Remarketing with Google Analytics, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, DoubleClick Platform integrations, Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting).

What we use your information for

We use information held about you in the following ways:
To ensure that content from our Service is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer.
To provide you with information, products or services that you request from us or which we feel may interest you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes.
To carry out our obligations or duties arising from any contracts or subscriptions entered into between you and us.
To allow you to participate in interactive features of our service, when you choose to do so.
To notify you about changes to our services.
We may also use your data, or permit selected third parties to use your data, to provide you with information about goods and services which may be of interest to you and we or they may contact you about these by email, post or telephone.
We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 500 users in the Nigeria  have clicked on their advertisement on any given day). We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, users in London). We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers' wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience.

Privacy of Our Children

Our services and products are not targeted at children under thirteen (13) years of age. If you are under 13 years old you will not be allowed to open an account on our Service or subscribe for any or our services. If we discover that we hold or have inadvertently disclosed any personally identifiable data for any user or customer under 13 years of age, it will be deleted from our system to ensure the privacy of the child.

We also have a number of protections dealing with the personal data of persons under 18 years of age. These are that a guardian or parent has the right to review the personal data the Service has collected from their child, have their child’s personal data deleted from the site and also request us to cease obtaining further personal data from the child going forward.
